Ausmip R&DaR Masters' Mobility

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AUSMIP R&DaR MASTER MOBILITY APPLICANTS;

Interested students must compulsory submit their application via the Ausmip program’s website.  However, please take note that you can upload your application only as from March 9.

  The deadline for applications is March 15th 2015.

In case of non-approval of the JASSO funding, selected students will be allowed to participate to the program but would have to self-finance their mobility independently.

If your application is approved, JASSO funding will encompass a monthly stipend for a period of 6 months, however no air-fare is included. 

For Japanese students going to ENSAPLV Paris, the monthly stipend will be 100.000 yen, for all other destinations (both Japan and Europe) the stipend will be 80.000 yen.

 平成25年3月15日から募集を開始します。申請を希望する学生はAusmipプログラムのウェブサイトからエントリーしてください。

 申請締切日は平成27415日です。

 

 本プログラムがJASSOに採択されなかった場合、選考を通過した留学生は自己負担でプログラムに参加することになります。

 JASSOより支給される奨学金には、6か月間の滞在費用が含まれていますが、渡航費用は含まれていませんので、ご注意ください。

ENSAPLV パリ校へ留学する日本人の学生は、月10万円が支給されます。その他の大学へ留学する学生は、月8万円が支給されます。

The hereunder defined common criteria are valid only for applicants applying for a scholarship from the EU.  Japanese applicants should contact their local coordinator.
欧州委員会が支援する奨学金を志望する出願者のみ、下記の選考基準により選抜されます。日本からの出願者は、所属先の大学のAUSMIP責任者へ直接問い合わせをしてください。
 
However, all applicants, both European and Japanese are to apply via the website.

AUSMIP R&DaR ONLY CONCERNS MOBILITY FROM THE EU TO JAPAN, AND JAPAN TO THE EU, AND IS LIMITED TO EXCHANGES BETWEEN THE TEN PARTICIPATING DEPARTMENTS ONLY.

AUSMIP R&DaRプログラムは、日本と欧州連合諸国間における交換留学制度を推進しており、本プログラムに加入している10つの提携大学に限られています。

EU Departments Criteria;
1.    Only holders of a Bachelor degree who, at the moment of their application, are regularly enrolled in the Master Programs of Architecture and/or Urban Planning at any of the four European partners of the program will be accepted.  
2.    English is the common language of the Ausmip R&DaR program.  Students should have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Applicants are required to demonstrate their proficiency in English, and are advised to do so through submitting the results of a recognized language proficiency test such as IELTS (Academic version, overall band score of at least 6.5) or TOEFL (minimum score of at least 580 (paper-based) or 237 (computer based) or 92 (internet based)).
3.    Applications are to be submitted compulsory through the program’s website.  Deadlines may differ per Department.
4.    In addition to the common application forms, each department may ask to submit additional information and will organize interviews.  
5.    Students who wish to include letters of recommendation to their application, can submit those only via the website.
6.    Each participating Department will autonomously assess students individually on basis of their academic record, experience, portfolio, language skills, research plan and motivation.    
7.    Participating students will remain enrolled at their home (sending) department during the entire duration of their mobility, and are exempted from any tuition fees at the host department.
8.    Accepted Ausmip R&DaR Master students are required to sign a Study Contract, defining their minimum study program, which may include an internship, in Japan.  Transcript of obtained credits follows the Japanese standard, and will be converted to ECTS credits.  Study Contracts can be downloaded from the website.
9.    Selected EU students are obliged to participate to the joint evaluations organized co-jointly between all 5 Japanese and all 5 European partners after completion of the program. Assignments are defined autonomously by each Department.
